Module Introduction
Being able to control individuals and groups of children of all ages is crucial as a sports coach to provide confidence to our clients and parents that you are able to manage the children safely whilst in your care. By using our robust behaviour management systems you know you are treating children fairly, consistently and appropriately depending on the age of the group.
This module should teach different behaviour management techniques, which age groups they work with best and a what a typical 3 step approach towards behaviour management could look like.
This module will accompany an additional practical behaviour management training and competency test. The module is broken into the following areas:
